Gena was my realtor for the recent sale of my Mountain View condo. She has extensive knowledge of remodeling and construction (including construction law), and supervised a full interior remodel for me, including closely communicating with the interior designer and stager. Any issues that cropped up during the remodel she addressed/solved in a timely way. What impressed me most was that she didn't stop the hard work once my home was in contract. When confusion surrounding my HOA's FHA approval status threatened the buyers’ financing, she worked with the HOA, property management, and buyers’ lender and agent to clarify the FHA approval process, and what was needed to proceed. She was actively involved until the FHA first mortgage and the “California Dream For All” (down payment loan) were funded. She’s an excellent communicator, explaining points of real estate law and other things thoroughly to a layman. And she advocated for me from the initial conversations with my GC about what needed to be done, through to escrow.
